Out of all the comments that I've received over the la st week on the new interface of the Mamut Photo website, I think the best probably that it made the information so much easier to find. I really glad that it does, because that's what it is all about.
In a world where the internet is increasingly becoming the main source of information, especially in fields such as Ultra-large format photography, where practitioners are few and far between, and local clubs and associations are not viable, getting a website that works was vitally important for me.
And by looking at the hundreds of visitors that have come through the website over the last week, I think that the objective of bringing people from all over the globe together under one roof is acheived. People from all over north america and europe are using the site, but also from asia and oceania, all with one thing in common, a love for photography.
Thank you all for your support, and I hope that the new Mamut Photo will grow even further, with further input from all over the Globe.
